With reference to the e-mail stating your desire to cancel “Asian Disaster Risk Reduction Expo 2014 (ADRE 2014) and International Security & Safety Expo & Forum (ISF 2014)” event sent to Impact Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. and requested Impact to use the paid amount of ……………………. baht as payment for service fee for organizing an event at Jupiter room on November 5th, 2014 according to the details already know to you. Impact has considered your request and found that you failed to make payment for the second installment in the amount of ………………. baht until finally you cancel the event which is beyond the responsibility of Impact. But considering our good relationship and our future business, Impact will deduct the amount of ………………………. baht from the amount already paid by you as penalty of cancelation of the service agreement and will use the remaining amount as part of the payment for the service fee for the event on November 5th, 2014 as requested by you.
Therefore, if you still would like to organize “Asian Disaster Risk Reduction Expo 2014 (ADRE 2014) and International Security & Safety Expo & Forum (ISF 2014)” event at Jupiter room on November 5th, 2014, please sign the Contract order form and send it back to Impact within ………………… Failure to send the form back within that period of time shall result in expiration of this offer without any requirement to inform you. Impact reserves the right to seize all the amount paid as part of the compensation for damages from your cancelation of the event immediately.
