-Strength point that has good performance of logistics to distribute product to consumers and they are number one in soft drink in Thailand market and they have a lot of connection of logistics to send another product to shop, government place, school, university, etc.
-Weakness is their product because my company just do the new brand with other competitor , the other have a strong brand because they do a long time.
-Opportunities is if sermsuk can make consumer like and satisfy their need more than competitor so it can make them get the profit.
-Threat is sermsuk can not win competitor in short because consumer believe in competitor because competitor brand have a long time with their product.
