I want to know how FedEx will take responsibility on this case. I cannot accept this.
Please push this as the very serious issue and get back to me within today. It is too easy for FedEx for just saying sorry.
I also want to know how CHT’s Export Dept will prevent this case again. For Jintai, our Export Dept takes responsibility to ensure that FedEx has already picked up the parcel before getting back home. Our Export Dept cannot get back home if the parcels have noted picked by FedEx. In case our staff cannot wait, they must assign to the someone who can stand by to ensure the parcel is picked. Please see what CHT can prevent this problem.
