Remarks:
• Monday to Thursday all the cook staff help cutting pork or chicken into the bite size, peel the potatoes in the afternoon ready for cooking on the next day
• Every Friday afternoon, clean and scrub the kitchen floor with detergent and 10% Hiter bleach solution
• Clean the cooking area with the detergent and the scrub pads every day, wipe clean with damp towels
• Do big cleaning in the kitchen twice a year
• Wash all the chairs in the cafeteria once a year
