Abrtruct-A new digital controller for the PULFe SWppIng
modulation based DC-DC converter is presented. The digitally
controlled dc-dr converter has several advantnges such as bIgh
relhblllty, hlgh 0 exibility and high programmability. Tbfp scheme
bas a unique feature of high e10 dewy during moderate and low
loads besides very tow vdue of quiescent current consumed by
the drcult durlng the no-load condidom So any llttk savhp in
power will enable us to use the same battery for longer dwatlons
without recharging. Advantages of the proposed control scheme
are veded wlth simulntlon and erperiorentnl results.
