This study used a quasi-experimental, non-equivalent control group, pretest posttest design. Eligible participants were soldiers(excluding officers) in the military service at a military camp in the Gyeonggi Province of South Korea We explained the study purpose and procedures to the battalion commander and the captain of the military camp They supported our research, and the captain made the arrangements for us to meet the soldiers.
