Install KeepSafe.
Choose a PIN number, press OK then enter the same PIN one more time to confirm it.
Enter the same email address that was being used on your previous device. This ensures that you log into your personal account.
Enter the access code that you receive via email to the address you provided.
Start from here if you are already logged into KeepSafe. Press the menu button at the top left (or swipe from left to right).
Go to Settings.
Ensure that the "Private Cloud" option is activated. (NOTE: If your device is not using a Wi-Fi connection when you want to restore, then disable "WiFi only", also found in the Settings. When activated, this option saves on your data plan and does not connect to the Private Cloud when using a 3g/4g connection. It only connects when using WiFi. Therefore, please disable this option if you want to sync to the cloud while using a mobile connection.)
Close KeepSafe completely after enabling the Private Cloud.
Open again and your contents should load.
