The determination of organic functional groups of chemicals
present in liquid product was obtained by PerkinElmer Fourier
transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) at 8 cm1 resolution in the
range of 400–4000 cm1 using Najol mull. A small drop of the
liquid product was mounted on KBr pellet, and the infra-red
spectrum scanning of the liquid product was performed. 1H NMR
spectra were recorded by using a 400 MHz, BRUKER DPX-400,
High-performance digital FT-NMR spectrometer where chloroform-
d containing TMS (tetramethylsilane) used as the internal
standard.
