2.4. Flow cytometry
Flow cytometry was performed with a FACSCalibur equipped with
a single argon ion laser withfiltered emission at 488 nm. Photomultiplier bandpassfilters for fluorescence were 530 nm (greenfluorescence, FL1 detector) and 585 nm (yellow/orangefluorescence, FL2
detector). For each subsample, 10,000 events were counted.
