Attached is the monthly financial requirement for RAI budget. Kindly request the following procedures to be in place by next month.
· Field Supervisors
- need to submit the proposal and monthly plan on every 27th of each month. FS can call an MLO meeting every 25th so they can finalize the plan, proposal and budget requirement.
· Finance Admin Asst.
- will collect the monthly plan and proposal from FS.
- Send all plans and proposal for signature of approval
- FAA will consolidate the activities and budget as seen in the sample attached “monthly itinerary sample”
- FAA submit to PC on 29Th of each month
· Provincial Coordinator
- will consolidate all budget requirement form 2 sites and summarize to the monthly projection
- PC will submit to PM every 30th of each month
