The Administrative Officer is the first contact for our clients, guests or suppliers and responsible for providing a warm welcome / fond farewell at our office or by phone.
The Administrative Officer is also responsible for providing some administrative and secretarial duties.
Handles all incoming calls and acting as the first point of contact.
Efficiently manages all correspondence to clients and partners as well as inter departmental communication.
Ensures that all e-mail enquires are directed to the appropriate person.
Handles all incoming and outgoing post mail and deliveries
Maintains a professional appearance at all times, adhering to established grooming standards.
Maintains confidentiality.
Participates in internal and client meetings effectively.
Delivers quality and timely work
Responds to client concerns with urgency and professionalism.
Performs administration support duties such as maintaining efficient filing system, replenishing stationary supplies and keeping track on all purchase requests.
Represents GOCO Hospitality to all clients and guests entering the office.
Performs any other duties assigned by the Executive Team.
