A different picture was found with all MRSA isolates, in which a
multidrug-resistant (MDR) phenotype was observed owing to their
resistance to at least one agent in three or more antimicrobial
classes, and where the most active antimicrobials were vancomycin
and mupirocin (100% susceptible), linezolid (99.3%), teicoplanin
and tigecycline (99.1%), daptomycin (96.8%) and SXT (96.0%).
