I.Summary
The chief Business Development Officer is responsible for the overall coordination and leadership of all sales and maketing efforts at Akcelerant, and as well, is tasked with creating and monitoring partner and customer relationships with the Company. This role will focus on increasing Company's presence in both the credit union and bank markets.
II. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Define standards, policies, procedures, measures, and organizational enhancements to meet company goals for maketing, sales, and partner Management.
Establish, in coordination with the Chairman & CEO, both market and target customer strategies for the Company.
Remain knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies.
Drive and maintain strategic partner relationships as well as relationships with 3rd parties.
Establish key performance indicators for sales, marketing, and partner management.
Mentor sales and maketing employees to cnsure they are adhering to all policies and procedures set forth by the Company.
Establish compensation, training, short and long-team goals and sales incentive programs for direct reports.
Develop pricing, terms, and conditions for customers and partners.
Directly manage critical customer accounts.
Develop department budgets and sales forecasts.
Responsible for the successful management of the needs of the Company's customers in order to meet the objectives of overall business plans and strategies.
Responsible for the consistency and accuracy of the team's sales demos and communications with customers.
Manage the planning and execution of the annual customer event.
Represent the company at various trade shows to promote products and services.
