Problem/Opportunity Statement:
From our interview, we found that when customer want to rent or get information about dormitory. But sometime the dormitory owner is not stay at the dormitory to give information to new customers. It was impair the opportunities to offer availability room for interested parties. Furthermore, the dormitory owner has to contain more information of tenants in paper base. It made information to be lost and insecure. So, this problem should to find ways to improve processes to more facilitate.
