My quest of losing weight has overall been a positive experience. I have enjoyed seeing changes along the way and I am satisfied with my end result. I may not have reached the ideal weight I was trying for but I am still working on it. What caused me to take this quest was the disappointment I had when I looked in the mirror and was not satisfied with what I saw. It made me realize that I needed to make a change for the better and get healthy. Some of the many effects my quest had on me were an increase in the amount of energy I had daily, a more positive outlook on my self-image, and ideally I lost 5 pounds.
