According to, Consumer Loan Department have planned to relocate Buriram branch (Stand Alone) into Big C Supercenter (Buriram) on August 15, 2016, which Administration Department have already informed the lessor with the writing letter, in order to early terminated the existing lease agreement as of August 14, 2016(Lease period from September 6, 2014 to September 5, 2017) and EASY BUY will pay rental fee until August 13, 2016. After the lessor got informing, he wanted EASY BUY to dismantle and return his building within August 14, 2016, otherwise EASY BUY have to pay rental fee by the month, including demolish and maintenance all of the building. From this case, EASY BUY will have to lose high expenses to demolish and maintenance building, when compare with the rental deposit that EASY BUY will be regain from the lessor as amount 100,000.00 baht. Thus, Administration Department have negotiated and offered the lessor to allow for the rental deposit to reimburse the remained rental fee until completely return building and demolish expenses by EASY BUY, that the result as, the lessor accepted, but requested EASY BUY to add install the shutter door in front of building (ATM area) and pay the other expenses, such as Electric fee, Water supply fee, Property Tax and Signboard Tax until the last date of operation. Herein negotiation, EASY BUY and the lessor will get the mutual benefit, which EASY BUY have not to lose high expenses for demolish and maintenance building when compared between the demolish and maintenance expenses with the rental deposit, EASY BUY will can be safe expenses as 000,000.00 baht approximately. Therefore, Administration Department would like to propose the management for consideration to allow the rental deposit of Buriram branch (Stand Alone) and clear the other rental expenses to the lessor, which will are shown the supportive information as below
