Congratulations to Nera! I am happy to work with you and will explain the shipping fees.
For the last shipment (2 boxes, 108 pounds total) it was requested that we ship via UPS to a Los Angeles California location where a freight forwarder
INTERPORT FREIGHT SYSTEMS, INC, would be shipping directly to UMC. UMC paid for the international shipping fees directly and we charged only to get the shipment to the California location.
For the current order it was requested that Alima arrange shipping from our Portland location directly to Thailand. The shipment, for your reference, is 2 boxes, 114 pounds total. This estimate was a direct quote fort UPS worldwide expedited (the cheapest international rate). Please let me know if you will proceed with our shipper or arrange your own freight forwarder. Thanks.
Regarding the invoice emailed to you, this is a pro forma invoice for accounting and payment purposes not for import/customs requirements. We will be including with your shipment a commercial invoice (this does have prices required for import to determine fees duties and taxes) and packing list (detailed item listing without prices) and I can email these documents to you for review as well.
