Bangkok City by Tourism Division, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism is pleased to welcome you to Bangkok City Night Sightseeing through our renewed double-deck bus. We will take you round the city at night starting from the headquarters of BMA Tourism Division at 6.30 pm. You have a chance to touch the lights of the city along major routes of the so-called Rattanakosin Island, the origin of the current capital of the kingdom, passing a blend of new and old buildings which can tell you about the history and progress of the area including the cultures and ways of life of people living their lives within. Come and join us; learn more of the city and you will love Bangkok better.
Information on the night sightseeing tour of Inner Rattanakosin:
1. The tour is available only on Fridays and Saturdays starting from Friday, August 1st, 2014 until the end of September 2014. There is one round only and the seating capacity is limited to 30 seats, free of charge.
2. You need to come in person at the headquarters of BMA Tourism Division located next to Somdet Phra Pin Klao Bridge on the east bank of the river at no. 17/1 Phra Athit Road, Phra Nakhon District to reserve the seat on the day of the tour at 1 pm onwards. One person is allowed to reserve a maximum of 4 seats.
3. Reservation through phone calls is prohibited though you may call to ask whether the seat is still available or not on the day.
4. In case you have the ticket, please be on time. The bus is scheduled to leave at 6.30 pm sharp. The starting and ending point is at the same place, namely the headquarters of BMA Tourism Division. The trip will take about 1.30 hours round the inner city passing places along Phra Athit Road - Phra Sumen Road - Ratchadamnoen Nok Road - Ratchadamnoen Klang Road - Dinso Road - Ti Thong Road - New Road - Phahurat Road - Triphet Road - Chakraphet Road - Sanamchai Road - Na Phra Lan Road - Na Phra That Road - Rachini Road - and Phra Athit Road.
5. The night sightseeing tour of Inner Rattanakosin is also available for a group of about 20-30 persons upon request through an official letter to Director of BMA Tourism Division.
