The second part of the questionnaire measures top-management
commitment and perceived environmental investment. The construct
of top-management commitment comprised three items (Carter and
Jennings, 2004). The measurement of perceived environmental
investment includes three items (Min and Galle, 2001). The third
part of the questionnaire measures the extent of customer pressure,
and comprised three items derived from Carter and Jennings (2004).
Finally, the fourth part of the questionnaire measures the green
purchasing construct, and adopted five items from Zhu and Sarkis
(2004). Appendix A includes the constructs and measurement items.
