According to the Pictures and Viedo you have sent to us, we guess the problem is because of CPU Disfunction. We will send you 5 piece OF CPU for replacement(toghter with Power supply and transformer.). You need to open the Aluminum Panel, find the CPU location(IC1) as i marked on the attached picture. And change the IC with Ground connected Soldering Iron.

While processing the CPU Replacment, you need to be careful of the followings:
1.The is fiber connected with the Adaptors on the Panel, don't pull it too hard to avoid fiber broken while removing the Aluminum Panel.
2. Pls do not touch PCB by hand or tools without static electricity protection , there are many Static Electricity Sensitive components.
3. Specially you don't need to touch the Laser.
4. The IC has direction. Pls pay attention on the Round Mark on the IC, and make sure you solder it in the same direction as it was.
