We may consider removing the reserve if you use Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) for your orders. With FBA, you send your inventory directly to Amazon. When orders are received, we will professionally pick, pack, and ship the product directly to the buyer. In addition, our customer service team will manage customer inquiries, refunds, and returns for your FBA orders.

We will review your account on a monthly basis. During our review, if we see that you are using FBA for at least 75% of your orders, then we may consider removing the reserve at that time.
