Do not consider this a threat but if this is how you handle such cases than it is my civil duty to ensure that you can no threaten the health of the public anymore.
I have found 3 more people who suffered food poisoning after "indulging" in one of your dishes, all with in the last two weeks alone, this clearly shows that you obviously have no clue about food safety and should not be allowed to operate a restaurant for the safety of the public.
Trust me that this is no empty promise, I myself would be deepest ashamed if i would have ever handled any complaint from my customers in the same or similar fashion you handle my case.
This is the last mail you received from my side, the next letter will come official from my attorney.
I one last time appeal to your common sense and hope this can be settled in a civil way.
