Roles and responsibilities:
• Implement HR best practice and strategy within the organization and lead a HR team of 30 staff
• Address and satisfy the strategic needs of the business.
• Develop and apply knowledge of key business drivers in making long range strategic decisions.
• Design, development and execution of organizational effectiveness, employee engagement and development programs.
• Help drive the business forward whilst managing complex employee relations issues while ensuring compliance with current employment law issues
• Manage and deliver high performance generalist HR services across the entities under Krungsri Consumer Group
• Ensure strategic business objectives are supported across multiple client groups through the provision and application of HR solutions
• Responsibility for the effective recruitment of the best quality individuals throughout the company
• Introduce, lead and influence change management initiatives
Requirements of the role:
• Previous extensive experience at HR fields for at least 15 years
• Exceptional interpersonal, team management and communication skills
• Solid generalist and change management experience
• Strong influencing skills at executive level
• Ability to quickly establish credibility and respect
