A new study sponsored by Fico, for example, found that nearly 8 out of every 10 consumers want “more banking interactions via mobile.” Yes, “more” interactions – which means that consumers are well aware that banks could provide more and better mobile services, even though many banks have relatively robust mobile apps. The bottom line: ignore mobile at your own risk.
