I have a dive centre business in Phuket which I own with my partner. When we opened 6 years ago we could run things just by remembering stuff. Then, we had a few customers, and no staff.
Now, we've grown, we have many customers, and around 20 staff. I'd never used a spreadsheet before, but taught myself Excel thanks you Google and Youtube.
I've made an attempt at migrating to Google Apps. Although most of the stuff I need to do can be done on Google Apps (I don't yet have a business account), it could be way better. That's where maybe you can help, if the price is right.
I spend most of my time on the admin side of things, filling in sheets etc, when I could be spending time doing other stuff at work, and spending more time with my family (My wife just gave birth to twins).
What I need is for you to automate as many processes as possible to cut down on workload, and make organisation, scheduling, and planning integrated, and easier. We need to be able to see info for bookings, staff allocation for bookings, boat space available, and more, without staring at our current google calendar which is very unorganised.
There are many sides to my business, but here's what would be great for one part of it. Can you make something like this work? Here's a rough plan on the link below.
