To confirm the accuracy of the glass at this point (or degree of inaccuracy) without a checking fixture being available to you. As discussed, we recommend you look at the glass samples in the a glue jig to give you an idea of the glass perimeter accuracy. If the hole location is inaccurate in the glass then the glass bracket will be misaligned and the glue jig locators will not be able to position the bracket. Please check this- place the glass on the glue jig- use the boss to align the bracket and then try lowering the glue jig locators on both sides to see fitment. The master glass sample also needs to fit in the glue jig.
I’ve updated some dimensions on the glass 668PW001 drawing to measure the hole location (Section A-A) . There are 6 measurements shown – 3 can be done with a vernier calliper and 3 can be done by placing the glass face down on a flat bench and reading the measurements from a ruler placed underneath in the plane- see drawing attached and section A-A. Please measure these to confirm hole position.
