Dear Khun Mim
I appriciate your quick answer and investigation.
I also hope you have been handed ower service history from AAS
The belt has never broken before during my ownership.
I did shift to new belt (old one not broken) one year before the big service.
After change of timing chain, the belt has compressor belt been broken 3 times
and the generator belt 1 time. The steel core in this belt did destroy some wiring and the crank case sensor
Total driving distance since pulley has been off is approximately 1000km (do check).
This driving is mostly to and from Singburi and Bangkok, Asia road and toll road.
2 trips to Chon Buri asia road + toll road.
Exposed to some water one time.
No dirt road driving, nor high speed acceleration.
I am 56 years old, and do drive carefully and takes care of my car.
I claim broken pulley due to wrong dissmantling and or reinstalling.
It might be a case of unalignement, but driving is not the cause of broken belt.
Is this cover a standard Jaguar XJR option?
Sorry about negative answer, but I have done some research about this issue and think we have to find the real root course for this.
