Brazilian president Dilma Rousseff is calling this "an environmental catastrophe. And the dead fish washing up on shore have sparked anger among many locals. Days ago , protesters made a visual statement about to so-called "death" of the river. And now, Brazilian miner Samarco is paying fisherman to bury dead fish along the coastline.
