Afternoon shift Assistant Housekeeping Manager/ Supervisor are assigned to inspect guest rooms on every floor. Once Assistant Housekeeping Manager/ Supervisor find that there are any rooms with “Do not disturb” sign. They have to report to Front Office to ask guests whether guests would like to have turn down service or not.
Afternoon shift Maid/ Room boy who was assigned to provide turn down service, has to let Afternoon Shift Assistant Housekeeping Manager/ Supervisor and Desk & Message know about rooms with “Do not disturb” sign, in order that Afternoon Shift Assistant Housekeeping Manager/ Supervisor will try to find out if the guest would like to have turn down service.
The above would help us to deliver the good service to the guests.
