Based on the analysis of data pertaining to overall HRD climate, it can be perceived
that the general HRD climate in the IT organizations in Bangalore is not so encouraging.
It is alarming to note that this low level of HRD climate may deter performance and
retention of the employees.
The level of all the drivers of HRD climate that is openness,
confrontation, trust, autonomy proactiveness, authenticity and collaboration are found
to be moderate and this calls for management intervention to look into the gaps and
take corrective measures wherever required for the well being of the organization.
