Part of my job is not to explain digital as part of an integrated concept but to add user experience to the artist formerly known as brand communication.
So what`s the difference between both worlds? Between message and user experience?
In fact you can give many answers to that: for me it is talking about what a brand provides vs proving it.
Oh, and I guess even Out-of-Home media planning can provide some kind of proof that their brand claim is right. Such as in the case of this wonderful IBM concept for Smart Cities. The concept was realized by Ogilvy France to encourage forward-thinking citizens to consider how to make their neighborhoods "smarter" and, therefore, better. Great stuff.
