Wallpaper on the wall panel to be on the same vertical linear pattern.
Wallpaper more neutral colour and not too “masculine”.
Bedhead picture frames to be simplified for ease of cleaning. And frames to be fixed mounted to avoid dust collection behind.
Throw cushion crystals to be omitted.
Bed runner is preferred to not dirty the sheets when the guest lays down with shoes on and since we have no luggage rack, luggage will like be laid on the bed as well.
To review duvet cover w border because washing bleach cannot be used.
Sound bar below the TV w a built in sub woofer to be provided to avoid bulky separate sub woofer.
TV size to comply with Ascott OES standards and the gaps around the TV to be reduced.
Type of building glazing and openings should address noise from adjacent road and glass should be laminated tempered/heat strengthened on the 1.0m below level for safety. To avoid too much cutting on the glass which will be the point of sound infiltration and due to the design intent, consider full height glass panels with the sub-frames surface mounted.
