I was informed that the Purchasing Acedemy is started now, all purchasing family member will shortly receive an invitation from SCU (Zone manager) to attend Fundamentals or Advanced program depending on your position in organization.
Before the starting, 2 pre-requisites are mandatory
- All purchasing family members will receive an invitation from Mckinsey to join a web-based assessment, which takes between 1,5 and 2 hours.
This assessment is only used for training purposes and the progress measurement for each participant.
- Most important, an on-the-job project will help you to reinforce the skills through a close link with the buyers daily job and capture the impact.
