I, Mr. Polpinit Chinasit Director of P&A Notary, Translation Office. I confirm that Foreigner can own and transferred the land for 3 cases of the land code, i.e.
1. Inheritance ass the lawful heir as per Article 93 of the Land Code.
2. Purchasing the Land for 1 Rai (1600 Sq.M.) for residence by bringing the money to do an investment of 40 million baht as per Article 96 Bis of the Land Code of Thailand.
3. Being transferred the land according to other law; such as, Investment Promotion Act, A.D.1977, etc.
Other cases will not accept foreigner to transfer the land in Thailand under Thai law.
