For decorative and undecorated samples, both NRB and defect emission were observed at two peaks, the nBE emission intensity of the zinc oxide sample of the decorative GNRs was significantly increased, while the deep energy emission was slightly inhibited, and the PL strength and defect peak of NBE emission increased with the garnish of GNRs. The increase in NBE strength indicates a compound increase in electrons and cavities. The increase in electron and hole composites may be attributed to metal nanoparticles in ZnO, whose role is to increase the compound rate.
