iled her complaint with the Office of Human Rights and Equal Protection,
which upheld her claim, but gave her leave to pursue litigation
on her own
against Orion
and Ms. Jones.
Ms. Thomas hired a law firm and they filed suit against Orion and
Ms.
Jones, and that suit has completed Discovery and is now set for a hearing
on Ori

Motion to dismiss the suit for lack of evidence
