For the tickets purchased by cash
Refund amount is paid only to the holder of the flight ticket or to the delegated person.
You can visit branches and collect the refund in cash.
If you used the service of real time account transfer in the homepage, refund is available in the homepage and will be transferred to your paid account on the next day of the bank’s operation.
For the case of purchase by credit card
Refund amount is transferred to the card company after a certain period (3 business days at minimum), once approval is gained.
For the period of refund collection, please inquire to the related card company after a certain period (after 3~5 days as of business day in general)
You cannot collect refund in cash in person for the flight ticket purchased by credit card. Though the card that you used for payment is cancelled, refund is paid to the account of the credit card payment that you used before by the card company. Inevitably if you wish to collect in cash, please request the card company to issue a confirmation of card cancellation saying that ‘it is safe that the franchise (of JEJU AIR) refunds in cash’, and present it.
Refund Currency
It can be paid in the currency of the first payment or in the currency of the paying country.
For the refund payment in Korea, it can be paid in Korean currency for the flight ticket purchased in foreign currency (USD, JPY, THB, HKD). (Exchange rate is applied when refund is requested)
