How to Nurture Your Brain
If you want to have a healthy brain, what you can do is to nurture it properly by following these steps regularly. It is essential to start your day and go to bed at the same time every day. In your leisure time, spend half an hour exercising at least four times a week and play a puzzle game as much as you can to enjoy yourself and train your brain. Then do not forget to consume high protein such as fish, chicken, eggs, beans, nuts and milk.
