Hello Palm... First I have to write WOW! So long message! I will respond to this message whole month :D I don't even know where to begin.
Because in banana pancakes is not flour, thus gluten, pancakes can not be large over the whole pan, then they pluck. So we makes "mini" pancakes, 4 pieces on the pan. You wrote "Eating pancakes 2 pieces per day for this is enough." For me it's not enough although they are large! :)) After a while I eat whole heaped plate of pancakes :) But the bananas must be ripe, at least with yellow peel, with brown spots are best. Why? Pancakes with ripe bananas are sweet and in ripe bananas is less starch than in unripe, in them is high starch content. Now I read in Google, in ripe bananas is just 1 % of starch.
