The spleenandthymusindexesindicatetheimmunefunction
and prognosisofanorganism.Asshownin Fig. 1, thespleenand
thymusindexesofthemodelgroupareremarkablylowerthan
othergroups(Po0.05). BothFCMandDCMmarkedlyincreased
the thymusandspleenindexesintheCY-treatedmiceinadose-
dependent mannerat50,100,200mg/kg;atthesamedose,FCM
showedhighervaluesofthymusandspleenindexesthanDCM
(Po0.05), indicatingthattheFCMwasstrongerthanDCMon
reversingtheCY-inducedatrophyofimmuneorgans.
