HS code: investigation is ongoing, this can take several extra weeks as it is a complex procedure. This is a serious issue for us. We asked you end of October and we know you are working on it. Can you explained us what is the process on your side to change code? From our side we are not asking to create a new HS code but to use the correct one; the HS code we are asking already exist ‘’non-woven’’ code 5603.9200 – so we don’t really understand what you have to do on your side and why you cannot change the HS code on our BL. Also do you know how long it will take to complete the change and if there is any risk not to be able to change?
