Job Descriptions:
• Searching for candidates by using job position, the database, requesting resumes through online websites or job search engine, referrals and any other connections.
• Interviewing candidates to judge their skills, personality, qualifications and job preferences.
• Consultation about candidates' career path, life and goal.
• Handle complex and non-standard cases, where the situation is challenging and new solutions have to be found.
• Searching for new clients and maintaining existing clients.
• Cold call to approach to potential clients to get job inquiry.
• Visit potential clients to present our services and get job vacancies.
• Preparing a cover letter and other documents to present to our clients.
• Giving an advice to candidates in order to make their resume look more professional.
• Arranging interview schedule and follow up with candidates to make it on time.
• Providing clients' information and their job requirements before the interview.
• Asking feedback after the interview with candidates and convey information to the sale manager or directly informing to the clients.
• Once the client decide to hire our candidates, a consultant confirms the offer with the client and negotiates with the candidate about salary and other benefits.
• Making the offer letter to make sure about the conditions.
• Following up with the candidate with call center staff after the consultant places the candidate to the client.
Basic Qualifications:
• Thai Nationality
• Male or Female Age 22 - 40 years old
• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Strong written and verbal communication skill, self-driven, positive and can-do attitude
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of English (verbal and written)
Preferable Qualifications:
• For Junior, new graduate is welcome
• For Senior, working experience at least 5 years will be advantage (Experience in recruitment agency or sales is preferable)
• Good command of Japanese (verbal and written) will be advantage
• Able to work under pressure and have strong intention to achieve target
• Excellent organization to meet deadlines and achieve sales target
• Able to work within a team and negotiate effectively.
• Transportation from home to office not over than 1 hour
Working Day
• Monday - Friday 9.00 - 18.00
• Saturday 9.00 - 13.00 (average 2 times a month)
Holiday
• Saturday, Sunday, National Holiday
