To oversee and manage the entire exhibition process by executing set activity schedule and understanding of all stages of exhibition processes in order to ensure all exhibition processes run smoothly.
2.To manage the project on time and within budget including all aspects of the project and monitor expected project costs actual vs. planned targets.
3.Be involved with selling to prospective clients and approach exhibitors on a regular basis.
4.To work with the operation, marketing and sales team to lead the project team toward success.
5.To identify problem issues, develop all aspects of exhibition project and propose the project development for the related fields.
6.To oversee the production of project media content as well as the income of the media.
7.Attend regular training to ensure that actions are constantly aligned with company objectives and vision.
8.Complete other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
