If we let him go, it’s not an example as people just think he quitted.
Besides, it takes time to find and make a worker to be a skilled worker.
Furthermore, people have been doing as this guy did because we have not gotten an HR system in place. The factory was like an orphan in the past.
If we let him come back (in case he agrees with a new start point of salary & other welfare conditions), then it’s an example for other staff.
