• Create recruitment sourcing plan by working with HR CRM to identify the strategic and effective sources
• Place advertisement in career page and other job portal and enhance recruitment channels from various social media or Employee referral program
• Search candidates profile through various media sources such as LinkedIn, Jobsdb and internal job posting
• Conduct preliminary interview to assess candidates according to requirements
• Describe job roles and responsibilities in order to attract candidates and promote PwC
• Screen and test to access overall fit by conducting face to face interview with potential candidates
• Arrange interview with Hiring Manager with short listed candidates
• Combine assessment Tests, CV and share with Hiring Manager before the interview date
