You should by now have all received your salary review and details of promotions .
2014 was a difficult year with many challenges, the integration as a full CBRE office and the coup being the two most obvious. As a company we performed well in less than ideal market conditions. We all hope 2015 will be both peaceful and prosperous.
I should point out to all of you that CBRE standard practice throughout the World is to carry out salary reviews at the end of
the first quarter of each year, not at the commencement of the year, as we have done traditionally.
This means your next salary review will be at the end of Q1 2016, not 2015. Bonuses and incentives will now be calculated on the same basis to Q1.
Most of the pain of integration is behind us, but along with our local management many of you will also be reporting to regional and Global business line managers.
To perform to the best of your ability you will need in addition to knowing and understanding your business line,
to embrace learning and training opportunities and to keep your-self up to date on market and industry changes.
