structure. Itwasseenthattheperformancesof flexibleandglasssubstratearealmostthesame.The
luminance, currentefficiency,andCIEcoordinatesof flexibledeviceis6351cd/m2, 12.7cd/A,and(0.31,
0.38) at50mA/cm2, respectively.Then,anAl2O3/HfO2 film onpolyethyleneterephthalate(PET)was
deposited usingatomiclayerdeposition(ALD)asathin film encapsulationlayerhavebeendescribedand
compared, suchasthecharacteristicsofwaterpermeabilityandlifetimeof flexibleWOLED.Theresults
show thatthePET/ALD film lowvalueofabout0.04g/m2d, andthePET film showsWVTRofabout
3.8 g/m2/d. ThelifetimesofPET/ALDandPETencapsulationsare840minand140min,respectively.Si-
