Prep Cook: Completes all assigned prep work and sets up cook’s station. Maintains product presentations, product quality, and cook and prep time standards. Prepares all menu items according to Mac’s Recipes, Plate Presentations and specifications. Adhere to company standards in regards to general restaurant cleanliness, sanitation and safety procedures.Washing the dishes. Completes ALL the duties assigned by the manager/supervisor.Positions can be switched depending on business needs and students skills
