The intervention included three 4-session modules,
for a total of 12 weekly 1-hour sessions. One module
focused on cognitive-behavioral skills. The process of
thought-challenging was described by using a mnemonic
called the “three C’s”: Catch the thought (identify
cognitions), Check it (assess whether the thought
contains any distortions and/or interferes with functioning),
and Change it (develop alternative thoughts). This
module included
