Male/ Female, Age more over 30 years old
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences in the area of Coordination the management meeting,
• Business Analysis and Corporate Planning
• Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Must work effectively in a multi-national, multi-cultural environment.
Job Description :
• Coordinate the Executive Committee and Balance Scorecard meetings and take meeting minutes
• Organize corporate strategy, KPI setting and tracking scheme through Balance Scorecard / Coordinate with functions to formulate action plan and target setting to support mid-term plan
• Enhance cross-functional project, Advise to project owner, develop scheme and manage productivity improvement program
• Develop strategic management report/presentation
• Analyze the business data, market research and satisfaction survey
• Coordinate and take lead in corporate services between Functions and Parent Company
• Identify corporate opportunities and risks
• Build mid/long term corporate plan and environmental strategy
• Promote activities to secure the target achievement
• Other related works as assigned.
